These terms and conditions apply exclusively to products offered under Bloom Margaret River and Bloom Maternity Margaret River.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Most items are made to order apart from a small amount of garments that are ready to send. Production time for "On Demand" orders is generally up to 3 weeks. Production times do not include shipping times.

SIZING GUIDE
This is a rough guide as the fabrics are either very stretchy or designed to have a fair bit of give with elastic and/or rouching. Gowns are designed to stretch and fit snugly- choose your size according to how tightly fitted you would like your product.

REFUND POLICY
As a small business with made-to-order products there is a strict returns policy.
If you have any concerns prior to ordering, no matter how small, we can help ensure you are ordering the best possible product to suit your requirements: alison@bloommaternitygowns.com
Please choose your gown, colour and sizing carefully as there are no returns or refunds offered on made-to-order products. Listing photos most accurately represent the colours offered. If you would like to see fabric samples prior to ordering please get in touch.
Returns/Exchange Policy due to faulty product:
There are thorough quality control checks prior to dispatch, but on the occasion we have missed something, please make contact within 3 days of receiving your shipment, to alison@bloommaternitygowns.com
If a return is approved, your item must be posted back within 3 business days of receiving your item. You will need to provide a tracking number of your return shipment, and keep a post office lodgement receipt.
Once a product has been worn and photographed, no refund or replacement can be issued, so please check your order as soon you receive it.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receival of your returned item/s.
