A handmade 3 tier ruffled skirt with elasticated waistband and adjustable tie ends, makes this outfit versatile so you can style it however you want to create your favourite look! The skirt can be worn as a side split or tie it up at the back for a closed skirt style. The matching ruffled top can be bought as a set or separately if you have other pieces to match with. The bodice tie can come open in the front for a looser style, and can be worn on or off the shoulder. Made from 100% cotton.
